Introducing the aduro® 180W LED High Bay Light ; an advanced lighting option perfectly suited for warehouses, factories, showrooms, workshops, supermarkets, parking lots or any commercial building with high ceilings . Each light weighs in at just over 4kg, is equipped with a steel hanging hook, and a 1.2m Australian certified power cord. Installation could not be simpler.  

TECHNOLOGY The ‘chips on board’ LED lights are provided by Epistar , a world leading company in advanced lighting solutions. The built-in Mean Well driver is packed with the latest in performance optimisation technology such as monitored temperature, voltage, current, and circuit stability. The driver is also sealed against dust and protected from water sprinkler systems in case of emergencies. Expect high quality and unbelievably powerful performance!

LIGHTING Aduro incorporate a multi-point light system. This means that there are three chip-on-board (COB) light source modules instead of one, large COB. This reduces working temperatures, it distributes power, reducing the strain on the circuit, and it softens the light, which is more pleasing to the eye.  

The included hood can be easily removed and installed using three screws. The strong, aluminium design reflects and focus’ light. The 120° angle is perfect for keeping direct light out of distant onlookers eyes.  

EFFICIENCY The most commonly used high bay lights, metal halide, have an expected life of 8,000-12,000 hours while Aduro’s LED’s have an expected life of 50,000 hours. COB LED’s are also 4 times more efficient than metal halides which means you save 75% on power costs. This allows for more flexible and sensitive powering options such as solar panels and generators.  

Due to the sensitivity of many conventional lights such as mercury-vapor, metal halide, and halogen; installation requires a heavy focus on safety precaution such as electrical contractors or relays. Additionally, the lights need warming up and you cannot turn the switches off and on over short periods of time, unlike LED lights which can be repeatedly turned on and off without affecting the LED’s lifetime or light emission . Even with these expensive safety features, the conventional lights lives are shortened greatly by just powering on. It is even highly common for globes to burst for a number of reasons. How long will it take to get to me?


As a general rule, if you live in or near a capital city in Victoria or New South Wales you will usually receive your order within 1 week.


Alternatively if you live in or near a capital city in Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, or the Northern Territory you will receive your order within 1-2 weeks.


Delivery to regional and remote areas can take a little longer, however usually no longer than 12 business days.

What day/time will it be delivered?


Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact day and time your order will arrive as this will be determined by the courier's transit times and trucking schedules.


Will I get a tracking number?


Consignment tracking details will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. You will be able to track your order through the carrier's website.


The expected delivery time given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons.


If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.


Can I leave a note for the courier?


Yes. During the checkout process you can leave a note which will be added to the delivery instructions for you order.


Please note: After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will need to call the courier directly on the numbers provided above to add any notes to your order.


Can the courier call me before delivery?


As some of the couriers we use are contractors, there is no guarantee they will have the facilities to call you the day of delivery.


Your best bet is to leave a note to call you during checkout anyway. Or alternatively, have your item shipped to your work address where someone will be available to sign for it.


What if no one is home to receive my order?


If no-one is home and there is a secure and dry place to leave your order, then the driver may leave your item(s).


If there's no safe place they will leave a calling card and you can call them to arrange a re-delivery date.


In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us due to there being an inaccurate address or it being rejected by a receiver, our customer service representative will contact you via email.


A re-delivery cost may occur for any products that are returned to us due to incomplete addresses.


Can you deliver to my postcode?


Most items on Later Gator can be shipped to most areas of Australia.


Unfortunately, there are some restrictions with bulky items that we aren't able to ship to the postcodes highlighted below, as well as certain other regional areas, depending on the size and weight of the item.

What happens if my item is faulty?


Later Gator offers a 12 month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise.


You are required to notify Later Gator within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty.


If you would like to process a warranty claim please email us as info@latergator.com.au including your order number and as many detailed notes about the fault(s) and also attach some pictures, or possibly a short video clip, of what has happened.


Our warranties team will then assess your claim and be in contact about the next steps. Please do not attempt to return your item without approval.


A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.


What if part of my item is broken or missing?


Later Gator can often provide replacement parts for your order if something happens to be broken or missing.


Please circle the part(s) which need replacing on the assembly instructions and send us a photo with your order number to info@latergator.com.au to ensure the correct parts are sent.


In the event that we cannot source the individual parts for your order we will offer you a full replacement or suitable compensation.


What if it is only minor defect?


If there is a minor defect that you are not happy with please email us as info@latergator.com.au including some pictures and our warranty team may be able to process a partial refund to compensate you.


What if I change my mind and don't want the product I ordered?


We understand that circumstances change so if you would like to discuss a return due to a change of mind please contact us first at info@latergator.com.au quoting your order number. Unfortunately though, some items are not returnable for change of mind reason types, so please choose carefully.

Certain unused products may be returned to our warehouse in their original, unopened packaging and there may be a minor restocking fee calculated on your item dimensions, weight, and your area.

We may either email you a return label, or request that you arrange your own return shipping, and will refund your purchase minus the restocking fee once the item is returned to our warehouse.

Note that we cannot accept returns for change of mind reason type on mattresses and bedding items for hygeine reasons. Please choose carefully.

Some whitegoods are shipped direct from the manufacturer who have stricter return policies for change of mind returns, and we may not be able to accept returns.
