What is Later Gator and how does it work?


Later Gator is an online department store offering customers the ability to buy now and pay later with no interest on a large range of products.


We offer a choice of payment processors including AfterPay, zipPay and Oxipay. You can learn more about each one by clicking on the logos below.

To pay with either of these payment processors, select your preferred option during checkout.


You will then be redirected to the payment processors site to complete the transaction. We will receive a notification of your order immediately and begin the dispatch process.


What if I don't want to pay later?


Simply select from the Credit Card or PayPal payment options at checkout and you can pay immediately without going onto a payment plan.


Is Later Gator Australian owned?


Yes, Later Gator is proudly 100% Australian owned.

Products - I'm interested in a product that is out of stock on your website. When will it be back in stock?


Please use the green "Notify me when in stock!" button on the right of your screen and enter in your email address. You will then be automatically notified when it is back in stock.


Products -  I'm looking a product that you don't stock. Can you get it?


We are always looking to expand our range at Later Gator to better serve our customers.


By all means you are welcome to contact us in regards to products you would like to see added to our online store.


Products - Is there a showroom where I can view products before purchasing?


Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom facility. As an online business Later Gator strives to provide you with the best value prices by cutting out the costs of maintaining a retail store.


If you have any questions about a product you would like answered prior to purchase, simply contact us with the product link and we will get back to you ASAP.


Orders - I have not received a confirmation email for my order. Where is it?


Firstly, please ensure you have added info@latergator.com.au to your safe senders list.


Your order confirmation email should be delivered to you shortly after your purchase. If you have not received it please check all Spam, Junk Mail and Promotions folders as it may have been directed there accidentally.


If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us with your full purchase name, email address and the items you have ordered and our support team will follow up and resend the confirmation email to you.


Orders - Can I change my payment plan after I have set up my order and prior to paying it off?


You may be able to change your payment plan, but you will need to do so directly with your chosen payment processor as your repayment arrangement is with them.


You cannot change your payment plan via Later Gator customer service.


Orders - Can I change the items on my order after I have submitted my order?


No. If you wish to do this you will need to cancel your order and place a new order through Later Gator for the items you want.


Orders - Where can I view my order history?


Simply log into your account here to view the orders you placed under 'Order History'.


Orders - I forgot to use my coupon when making my first purchase. Can I add it to my existing order?


Please contact our customer support team on info@latergator.com.au as soon as possible after your order. We may be able to offer you a partial refund on your existing order.

Warranty & Returns - Do you offer a warranty on your products?


Yes, Later Gator offers a 12 month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise.

Customer Service - When will I get a reply to my email?


Our team endeavours to personally attend to all customer enquiry emails as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day.


Our business hours are: Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM (AEST) and your query will be responded to within those hours.


Note: Please do not send multiple email enquiries as they may only delay the resolution.
